The 1987–88 LA Clippers were led by the scoring duo of Mike Woodson and Ken Norman, while Benoit Benjamin anchored the interior with elite rebounding, efficient scoring, and shot-blocking. Reggie Williams added valuable offensive support, and Norm Nixon directed the offense as the primary playmaker. The Clippers relied on frontcourt strength and balanced scoring, but inconsistent overall efficiency and defensive play limited their effectiveness throughout the season.
