The Charlotte Bobcats 2006–07 season was led by Gerald Wallace, whose scoring, rebounding, and defensive impact established him as the team’s centerpiece, while Emeka Okafor anchored the interior with strong work on the glass and around the rim. Raymond Felton orchestrated the offense as the primary playmaker, helping Charlotte develop a balanced attack. The Bobcats showed flashes of defensive promise but were held back by inconsistent offensive efficiency throughout the season.
