The 2017–18 Brooklyn Nets finished the season with a 28–54 record, landing them at 12th in the Eastern Conference. It was a year of progress despite the lack of a playoff appearance, with players like D’Angelo Russell and Jarrett Allen showing significant growth. Spencer Dinwiddie had a breakout season and was a key contributor off the bench. Caris LeVert also showed promise in his second season.
