The 2018–19 Brooklyn Nets finished the regular season with a 42–40 record, securing the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference and returning to the playoffs for the first time since 2015. D’Angelo Russell had a breakout season, making his first All-Star appearance and leading the team in scoring and assists. Joe Harris and Spencer Dinwiddie provided scoring depth, while Jarrett Allen was a force on both ends of the floor, earning recognition for his development. The team displayed resilience, especially with strong contributions from players like DeMarre Carroll, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, and Caris LeVert, who contributed significantly during the year.
