The Los Angeles Lakers 2021–22 leaned heavily on LeBron James as their primary scorer and playmaker, while Anthony Davis provided interior scoring, rebounding, and defensive presence despite limited availability. Russell Westbrook contributed significant playmaking and all-around production, and Carmelo Anthony added perimeter scoring. The Lakers generated offense through their star players and remained strong on the glass, but inconsistent shooting efficiency, defense, and overall balance limited their effectiveness.
