The 1984–85 Los Angeles Lakers featured the league’s most efficient offense, with Magic Johnson directing the attack through elite playmaking while Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and James Worthy supplied consistent scoring. Byron Scott added dependable perimeter production, and A.C. Green and Kurt Rambis strengthened the frontcourt with rebounding and complementary play. Efficient shooting, balanced scoring, strong ball movement, and control of the glass defined a deep, well-rounded team.
