The 1983–84 Los Angeles Lakers featured a balanced, efficient offense built around Magic Johnson’s elite playmaking, while Kareem Abdul-Jabbar remained the primary interior scoring threat and James Worthy and Jamaal Wilkes supplied dependable secondary offense. A.C. Green and Abdul-Jabbar strengthened the frontcourt on the glass, and the team’s excellent shooting efficiency, unselfish ball movement, and balanced scoring made it one of the league’s most effective offensive units.
