The Chicago Bulls 1976–77 were built around Artis Gilmore, whose efficient interior scoring, dominant rebounding, and shot-blocking made him the team’s foundation on both ends of the floor. Wilbur Holland provided much of the backcourt scoring and playmaking, while Mickey Johnson and Scott May added balanced support.
