The Golden State Warriors 2000–01 centered their offense on Antawn Jamison, who carried the scoring load while also leading the team on the boards. Larry Hughes contributed secondary scoring, playmaking, and perimeter defense, and Mookie Blaylock directed the offense with steady passing and disruptive defense. Despite playing at a fast pace, the Warriors struggled on both ends of the floor, combining inefficient offense with one of the league’s weakest defenses.
