Oklahoma State women’s basketball has more real star power than people outside the program sometimes realize. The Cowgirls have produced an NCAA elite scorer, national award winners, All-Americans, WNBA draft picks and one of the biggest defensive forces the sport has seen in recent years. That gives this list a strong top end and a pretty clear group of names that separate themselves from the rest. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

1. Andrea Riley

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2006–2010
  • Position: Guard
  • Notable achievements:
    • Oklahoma State all-time leading scorer with 2,835 points
    • Big 12 all-time leading scorer
    • 2010 Nancy Lieberman Award winner
    • First WNBA draft pick in program history

Andrea Riley is the easy No. 1 because her résumé is on another level. She finished her career with 2,835 points, became the Big 12’s all-time leading scorer, won the Nancy Lieberman Award as the nation’s top point guard, and was later honored with a retired jersey after becoming the first WNBA draft pick in Oklahoma State women’s basketball history. When the greatest scorer in school history is also one of the most decorated players the conference has ever produced, there is no real argument against putting her first. 2. Natasha Mack

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2019–2021
  • Position: Forward/Center
  • Notable achievements:
    • 2021 WBCA Defensive Player of the Year
    • 2021 Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year
    • 2021 All-American
    • Set Oklahoma State single-season blocks record with 112

Natasha Mack gets the No. 2 spot because her peak was so dominant that it changed games by itself. In 2020-21 she won the WBCA Defensive Player of the Year award, led the nation in total blocks and blocks per game, and broke her own school single-season blocks mark with 112. She was not just a shot-blocker either, because she also rebounded at a high level, piled up double-doubles and gave Oklahoma State an All-America caliber anchor. Her total body of work in Stillwater was shorter than Riley’s, but her defensive peak was one of the best in program history. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

3. Toni Young

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2009–2013
  • Position: Forward
  • Notable achievements:
    • All-American
    • 2012 WNIT MVP
    • First-round WNBA draft pick
    • Key figure on multiple 20-win teams

Toni Young belongs near the top because she was one of the central stars in one of the program’s best modern stretches. She earned All-America recognition, helped lead the Cowgirls to the 2012 WNIT title, was named WNIT MVP during that run, and later became the second player in school history selected in the WNBA Draft, going seventh overall. Young had the scoring, rebounding and athletic two-way impact that made her a matchup problem, and she delivered in a postseason run that still matters in school history. 4. Clinette Jordan

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 1985–1989
  • Position: Forward
  • Notable achievements:
    • Former Oklahoma State all-time leading scorer
    • Hall of Honor inductee
    • Longtime record-holder in program history
    • One of the program’s foundational stars

Clinette Jordan has to be this high because she was the original benchmark scorer in the program. Oklahoma State’s own Hall of Honor description notes that she held the school’s all-time scoring record for many years before Andrea Riley broke it, and that she also set numerous season and career records while starring for the Cowgirls. Legends lists are not just about who came later with more modern exposure. Jordan was one of the players who helped establish the upper standard for Oklahoma State women’s basketball in the first place. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

5. Brittney Martin

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2012–2016
  • Position: Guard
  • Notable achievements:
    • 2016 Big 12 Player of the Year
    • 2016 Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year
    • All-American
    • WNBA draft pick

Brittney Martin gets this spot because she stacked elite production with elite honors. She became the first Cowgirl ever named Big 12 Player of the Year, also won the league’s Defensive Player of the Year award, earned All-America status and was drafted into the WNBA. That combination of offensive load, defensive value and conference-level dominance gives her one of the strongest all-around résumés any Oklahoma State player has put together. 6. Tiffany Bias

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2010–2014
  • Position: Guard
  • Notable achievements:
    • All-American
    • One of Oklahoma State’s all-time assist leaders
    • One of Oklahoma State’s all-time steals leaders
    • WNBA draft pick

Tiffany Bias was the kind of point guard who made everything work. She earned All-America recognition, moved into the top tier of Oklahoma State history in both assists and steals, and was later drafted by the Phoenix Mercury. Bias did not have Riley’s scoring profile, but she gave the program a high-level floor general who could create, pressure the ball and stay on the floor for huge minutes. On winning teams, that matters a lot. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

7. Kaylee Jensen

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2015–2018
  • Position: Center
  • Notable achievements:
    • 1,774 career points
    • 1,053 career rebounds
    • Two-time Big 12 rebounding leader
    • First-team All-Big 12 selection

Kaylee Jensen has a strong case because her career totals and conference production were both elite. Oklahoma State noted that she finished with 1,774 points and 1,053 rebounds, twice led the Big 12 in rebounding and earned All-America recognition, while her junior season also saw her lead the league in scoring, rebounding and double-doubles on the way to first-team All-Big 12 honors. That is more than just being a good college post. That is true star-level output. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

8. Loryn Goodwin

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2017–2018
  • Position: Guard
  • Notable achievements:
    • Led the Big 12 in scoring
    • All-America recognition
    • All-region honors
    • WNBA draft pick

Loryn Goodwin only spent one season in Stillwater, so she does not have the long résumé of others above her, but her peak was too strong to leave out. Oklahoma State highlighted that she led the Big 12 in scoring, earned All-America status, picked up all-region honors and then moved on to the WNBA. Players with short runs usually need an overwhelming peak to crack a top 10 like this, and Goodwin had one. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

9. Stacy Coffey

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 1992–1996
  • Position: Guard
  • Notable achievements:
    • Freshman steals record of 135
    • One of the top steal producers in NCAA history as a freshman
    • Major part of a strong early-1990s era
    • Program standout in the Halterman years

Stacy Coffey earns a place because her defensive production was outrageous and her era matters in program history. Oklahoma State’s own game notes later referenced her 135 steals as a freshman, noting that total ranked third all-time in NCAA history and that her 4.2 steals per game stood at a historic level as well. She was also the featured statistical leader on a 1992-93 team that pulled off one of the program’s signature wins over No. 3 Colorado. That gives her both individual and era value. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

10. Vicky McIntyre

  • Years with Oklahoma State: 2010–2014
  • Position: Center
  • Notable achievements:
    • Elite shot-blocker in the Big 12
    • Major frontcourt piece on strong Jim Littell teams
    • Strong field-goal percentage and interior efficiency
    • Helped support multiple postseason runs

Vicky McIntyre rounds out the top 10 because she was an important interior force on some of the better Oklahoma State teams of the 2010s. Even as a freshman she ranked near the top of the Big 12 in blocks and finished strongly in field-goal percentage, and she became one of the dependable post anchors of that era. She does not have the headline awards of some others here, but her sustained frontcourt value makes her a fair inclusion. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)

Honorable mentions

  • Mandy Coleman
  • Liz Donohoe
  • Stailee Heard
  • Kendra Suttles

Mandy Coleman and Liz Donohoe both have credible cases from the Jim Littell era, with Donohoe notably owning the highest career free-throw percentage in school history based on Oklahoma State’s game notes. Stailee Heard already has a strong modern case after earning honorable mention All-America status in 2025, but her résumé still needs more time to stack up against the full-career legends above. Kendra Suttles was also a key contributor on strong teams and deserves mention even if she falls short of the final 10. (Oklahoma State University Athletics)
