The 1972–73 Indiana Pacers were driven by George McGinnis, whose all-around production established him as the team’s leading scorer, rebounder, and one of its key playmakers. Freddie Lewis orchestrated the offence while providing consistent scoring, and Roger Brown and Billy Keller added dependable perimeter production. Indiana combined balanced scoring, strong rebounding, and effective ball movement with an active defence, creating one of the ABA’s most complete statistical profiles.
