Notes:
- Derrick Rose played 51 games after returning from his ACL injury and was gradually working his way back to his MVP-level performance.
- The Bulls finished the season with a record of 48–34, earning the 4th seed in the Eastern Conference.
- Joakim Noah continued to be the team’s anchor, with an outstanding 12.6 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game. He earned All-NBA Third Team honors and was also a finalist for Defensive Player of the Year.
- Luol Deng was traded midseason to the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Taj Gibson became a key contributor.
- The Bulls were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Washington Wizards.
