West Virginia’s women’s basketball legends span a few different versions of the program. Parson and Kosiorek gave the school early star power, Wells made national history, Paige ran the show as a pass-first guard, the Bulger era added high-level perimeter scoring, and Bussie and Holmes carried the program through its more modern national push. Some were record-setters, some were trailblazers, and some were the players opponents built the whole scouting report around, but all of them helped shape Mountaineer women’s basketball.
