Player Insights

Terry Rozier missed the 2023-24 playoffs with a neck injury, and Miami appeared to handle the situation cautiously given the long-term risk attached to that kind of issue. The Heat’s trade for Rozier was still understandable at the time, but his absence hurt in the postseason, particularly after Miami moved Kyle Lowry and then had to face him in Philadelphia’s starting lineup in a series the Heat lost.
