The Memphis Grizzlies 2011–12 relied on Rudy Gay as their primary scorer, while Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph anchored the frontcourt with efficient scoring, rebounding and interior defence despite Randolph’s limited availability. Mike Conley directed the offence with steady playmaking and scoring, and O.J. Mayo added perimeter production. The statistics reflect a balanced, physical team built on strong rebounding, disciplined defence, efficient interior offence and unselfish ball movement.
