The Charlotte Bobcats 2011–12 season relied on Gerald Henderson as its primary scoring option, while D.J. Augustin directed the offense as the team’s leading playmaker. Rookie Kemba Walker provided additional scoring and ball-handling responsibilities, and Bismack Biyombo emerged as the club’s main interior defensive presence. Charlotte struggled on both ends of the floor, producing the league’s least efficient offense while also ranking near the bottom defensively throughout the shortened season.
