The 1985–86 Utah Jazz were driven by Adrian Dantley’s elite scoring efficiency, with Darrell Griffith providing additional perimeter offense and John Stockton emerging as the team’s primary playmaker. Mark Eaton anchored the interior with dominant rebounding and shot-blocking, giving the Jazz a formidable defensive presence. The team combined efficient offense with excellent rim protection and solid ball movement, relying heavily on its core contributors at both ends of the floor.
