The 1992–93 Dallas Mavericks relied on Derek Harper to lead the offense as both their primary scorer and playmaker, while Terry Davis provided interior scoring and rebounding and Doug Smith added frontcourt support. Dallas struggled to generate consistent offense outside its key contributors, and despite respectable rebounding, inefficient shooting and below-average defense contributed to one of the league’s weakest overall statistical profiles.
