This list runs through what each Michael Jordan rookie card is worth.

Michael Jordan’s rookie cards are worth a lot of money for three reasons: Michael Jordan is regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time, not many of his rookie cards were produced, and the ones that were produced weren’t well looked after. It’s extremely rare to find any of his rookie cards in good condition. And collectors will pay thousands for the most sort after Jordan card from the 80s, the Fleer #57, even if it is graded as a PSA 1. You’ll still be paying over a thousand minimum for a genuine Fleer #57 from 1896 even if PSA refuses to give it a grade at all.

But Jordan’s most famous 80s card isn’t actually a rookie card. The Fleer #57 is from 1986-87 and Jordan’s rookie season was 1984-85. During Jordan’s 1984-85 campaign, he played 82 games and started all 82. He averaged 28.2 points for the season and played 38.3 minutes per game. Thus, there is little doubt that 1984-85 should be referred to as his rookie year.

PSA PRICE GUIDES

PSA doesn’t give a price guide for each card name. They only give a price guide for a card if they know of an auction for that exact card’s certification number.
