- Bill Walton is one of the most famous centers in NBA history. Walton was a great college player who sunk 21 or 22 shots in the NCAA championship game that helped his UCLA Bruins win the title over Memphis State. He also won two championships in the NBA, one with the Portland Trailblazers and the other for the Celtics. He means a lot to Portland in particular, as they have not been as successful as the Celtics since.
