July 2019 – Oklahoma City Thunder to Houston Rockets

After 11 seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Westbrook was traded to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Chris Paul and multiple first-round draft picks. This move reunited Westbrook with former teammate James Harden.


December 2020 – Houston Rockets to Washington Wizards

Following one season in Houston, Westbrook was traded to the Washington Wizards for John Wall and a 2023 first-round pick. During his tenure with the Wizards, Westbrook set the NBA record for career triple-doubles.


July 2021 – Washington Wizards to Los Angeles Lakers
