Darius Garland is an All-Star this year and deservedly so. He’s had a great year for the Cavs. I always knew Garland was a great player (he’s been one of my favorite point guards for years), but I did wonder if he could stay healthy anymore after he missed a considerable number of games last year once again due to injury. This year he’s played 50 games so far and has hardly missed a game. However, part of the reason for that could be because he’s playing on such a strong team that also features another first-time All-Star in Evan Mobley. If Garland and Mobley keep playing this well, they might get Lebron wondering what could have been if he stayed in Cleveland. 2/10/2025
