It’s unlikely that Bronny James will not last in the NBA longer than the date his father Lebron James retires. There are two obvious reasons for this regardless of how good Bronny is as a player: (1) his rookie contract will probably go for longer than Lebron will remain in the NBA; and (2) the NBA will want him in the league for as long as Lebron is in the league. What happens after that point is certainly up for debate. I personally like Bronny James as a basketball player. He didn’t shoot the ball well in the Summer League, but I know he can shoot the ball better than that. And he did bounce back strongly from his first couple of bad games with a good scoring game already. That bounce-back game he had was very impressive and showed his potential, not only to play physically but on the mental side as well. And as far as the mental side of the game goes, he has a big advantage by having his father to guide him. Bronny should be fine long-term.
